今天最大的感触是来得太晚了。 The biggest feeling today is that I came too late. 做这个行业20多年了,一直有一个竞争对手:我一直在生产产品,跟他拼规模、拼质量、拼流水线;他呢没有工厂,一直玩品牌。现在行业规模萎缩,差距很明显,我才发现我除了商品什么都没有,只能从头再来。 I’ve been in this industry for over 20 years, and I’ve always had a competitor. I kept focusing on producing products, competing in scale, quality, and production lines. But that guy didn’t even have a factory; he was always playing with branding. Now that the industry is shrinking, the gap is obvious, and I realised I have nothing but my products.
